Woooow. I actually did this around last November/December. The first panel is what it looked like as just regular ol' clay. The weird thing under his chin is actually just there to hold his head up since there were some mishaps... But oh well! The second is after it was fired and (poorly) painted.

So yeah, I think it was good practice, since I'd never made a sculpture before. I really enjoyed it, though, and wish I could do more even though it was very difficult. Alas, I have no clay, nor any kiln.

Oh, and this is of Miku from the Japanese band An Cafe. Again.

AG, you make me want to sculpt! But I hate clay. >< [It drys out my hands.]
